MEKALA RAJASHEKAR S/o M.Satyanarayana (born on 10th December 1971) from Gudur, Yadadri, Telangana State, India. Had created a new record by creating a huge BATHUKAMMA, the symbol of Telangana State. The Telangana State contains 31 districts. On the base of that number he created the BATHUKAMMA Of 31 feets height, 31 rows with 31 different colors in 31 days. It is completely made up of sticks, old news papers, wheat flour glue and color papers. Event celebrated on 25th September 2017. Venue : Sri Sai Santhosha High School, Bibinagar, Yadadri, Bhongir, Telangana State, India. He is the first person who created this record in the world.
