PAMARTHIS SIVA NAGA RAO, (Born on 28th May, 1978) an artist and founder of sive arts academy, Andhra pradesh, India. Has carved 30 articles including Taj mahal, Indian Map and Lord Ganesha on different material including pencil lead, coins, soap and thermocol. He has been carving sculptures since 1997.
